Refund policy

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and to pay your return postage. 

To start a return, contact me at hello@mycariad.co.uk with your order details & I’ll send you a return shipping address. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note if an order is returned/exchanged by a customer any postage charges will have to be paid for by the customer.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom Pieces

Items that have been custom made with adjustments such as fabric, sleeve lengths or hem length are not eligible for return as they have been custom made just for your requirements.
