Sizing
My Cariad designs are made for movement, so most are designed to be a little roomie (so there's always space for dessert!) and dependent on how you like things to fit, always go true to your size or if you are in between, size down.
Please note that this is a general size guide to give an approximate idea of what size you are in a My Cariad style, from your own measurements. each dress will vary slightly so please if in doubt, drop me an email and I'll be more than happy to give you specific measurements for each dress
